THE DIRECTORS.
John Ramateng Mashiane
Mr Mashiane is the Managing Director and Founder of the Firm. Mr Mashiane obtained his B Proc and LLB degrees from the then University of the North in 1994. He has a right of appearance in the High Court and has been admitted as an Attorney for a period of over twenty-six (26) years. He has been responsible for leading the Firm’s day-to-day management since 2003. Mr Mashiane’s area of expertise are Regulatory and Telecommunications Law, Information and Communications Technology Law, Civil Law, Aviation Law, Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Procurement Law, Constitutional Law, Administrative and Labour Law. He has been involved in various arbitration forums within the Republic of South Africa and heads the Firm’s Commercial department.
Martin Masilo Modjadji
Mr Modjadji is a Director at the Firm. He obtained his LLB degree from the University of Limpopo in 2005 and has right of appearance in the High Court for over fifteen (15) years. Mr Modjadji heads the Labour law department and specialises in Employment Law, Commercial litigation, Pension Law, Administrative Law and Personal Injury Claims.
• David Matome Maphakela
Mr Maphakela is a Director at the Firm. He obtained his BA Law (2004), LLB (2006) and LLM (2007) at the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg and has right of appearance in the High Court for over ten (10) years and has over twelve (12) years’ experience in the legal fraternity. Mr Maphakela heads the Information and Communications Technology and Tax law department and specialises in Aviation Law, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Civil Law, Tax Law, Pension and Public Procurement Law.

Ferlman Jwankie
Mr Jwankie is an Associate at the firm. He has obtained his BA Law and LLB at University of Witwatersrand. He was admitted in 2019 and has rights of appearance in High Court. He is an enthusiastic attorney who readily accepts professional challenges and adopts a meticulous approach when taking on legal issues. Mr Jwankie specialises in Commercial law, Aviation law, Labour law and Administrative law.
Wilson Minesi Chongo
Mr Chongo is an Associate at the firm and obtained his LLB degree in 2019 at the University of South Africa. He is an attorney of substantial quality and is able to complete in-depth legal research on variety of aspects of law. He specialises in commercial litigation, Information and Communications Technology, Labour law and Aviation law.
Ntokozo Ronald Mabuya
Mr Mabuya is a Candidate Attorney at the firm and has obtained his LLB degree in 2019 at the University of South Africa in Johannesburg. He is an ambitious young professional who adopts a skilled and well researched approach to the tasks at hand.

Grace Mfeka
Ms Mfeka is the Finance Manager at the firm. She manages the financial department and leads the HR function at the firm.
Avryle Ingrid Chetty
Mrs Chetty is employed as the Senior Paralegal at the firm. She has obtained her Senior Paralegal Diploma at the South African Paralegal school at Johannesburg in 2009. She further obtained her National Certificate for Paralegal studies at the South African Law School in 2013. Mrs Chetty has relevant experience in the legal field for the past twenty-six (26) years.
• Petunia Mabaso
Ms Mabaso is employed as the Paralegal at the firm. She has obtained her diploma in Conveyancing Practice in 2005 at the Centre for Conveyancing and further obtained her National Certificate for Paralegal studies at the South African Law School in 2013 and the relevant experience in the legal field for the past nineteen (19) years.
Mandisa Zondani
Ms Zondani is employed as a Paralegal at the firm. She has obtained her National Certificate for Paralegal studies at the South African Law School in 2013 and the relevant experience in the legal field for the past ten (10) years.
Onica Magau
Mrs Magau is employed as an Administrative Assistant/Filing Clerk at the firm.
